33kd Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the 33kd platform at https://33kd.app (hereinafter "the Platform", "33kd", or "we"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies, guidelines, or rules published on the Platform from time to time. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", or "your") and the operators of 33kd.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access, register on, or use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you revisit this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version became effective.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity, the English-language version shall prevail. Nothing in these Terms is intended to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and 33kd.

The 33kd Platform is intended exclusively for adults. To register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or collecting winnings on 33kd.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of a business, corporation, or any other legal entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 33kd, any of its affiliated entities, or any of its licensed game providers.
• You are not subject to self-exclusion, whether requested by yourself through the Platform or imposed externally.
• You have not previously had a 33kd account closed by us for a breach of these Terms.

33kd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed. Any winnings generated by an account that is subsequently found to belong to a player under 18 years of age will be forfeited and not returned.

To access real-money gaming on 33kd, you must create a single registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information up to date throughout the life of your account.

You may hold only one account on 33kd at any time. Opening additional accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 33kd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any pending withdrawals, and void any bonus balances. If you have accidentally created more than one account, you must contact support immediately to resolve the situation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person, and you must not allow any other person to use your account. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity unless you have notified 33kd in writing that your account has been compromised.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not reuse on other platforms.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Notify 33kd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not register using false, incomplete, or misleading personal information.
• Accounts registered with temporary or disposable email addresses may be suspended pending verification.

All financial transactions on 33kd are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There are no processing fees applied by 33kd to standard deposits, although your payment provider may impose their own charges — please check with your provider before transacting.

Deposits made via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your 33kd account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to appear, subject to standard inter-bank processing times.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (identity and payment method confirmed) before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit into the same account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts belonging to other individuals, or methods not previously used to fund the account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are published in the Account Settings section of the Platform.
• 33kd targets withdrawal processing within 15–30 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals and within one business day for bank transfers, subject to verification and compliance checks.
• 33kd reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending satisfactory identity verification or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are only permitted once applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to 33kd's anti-money laundering procedures. We may request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions or where transaction patterns give rise to suspicion. Failure to provide such documentation will result in the withdrawal being held until the matter is resolved.

33kd offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all promotions on 33kd unless explicitly overridden by individual promotion terms:

• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as a recurring or reload offer.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Gameplay with active bonus funds follows the specific rules of each promotion.
• 33kd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already met the qualifying criteria for a promotion prior to cancellation will not be retroactively affected.
• Where a maximum bonus win cap applies, any winnings derived from bonus funds that exceed that cap will be removed from the account balance upon withdrawal request.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or abusing referral systems, will be voided and the associated account closed.
• 33kd reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and any associated winnings where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has deliberately exploited a bonus offer in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay.

33kd is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment details, misrepresenting your identity, or engaging in any form of payment fraud in connection with your 33kd account.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematically exploiting differences in odds between markets or between promotional offers and the open market in a manner that removes genuine risk from your wagering activity.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting errors, bugs, or malfunctions in the Platform or any game software for financial gain. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected error are void and must be returned.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider in relation to any deposit made to 33kd without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue.
• Money laundering: Using 33kd as a vehicle for laundering money or financing any illegal activity. 33kd cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of such activity.

Where 33kd identifies a breach of these fair-use rules, we reserve the right to void any bets or winnings derived from the prohibited activity, suspend or permanently close the account, withhold any balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

All content on the 33kd Platform, including but not limited to the 33kd brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, audio, video, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 33kd or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes and strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Commercially exploit any content or feature of the Platform in any way.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice displayed on the Platform.
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling, or similar automated data-collection methods on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website or application without our prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by 33kd under licence. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights over third-party game content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33kd and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from server outages, network interruptions, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Loss of data, including game histories, account records, or transaction logs, resulting from system failures or force majeure events.
• Financial losses resulting from your gambling activity, including any bets placed in error.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform that contains errors.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature, even where 33kd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

33kd provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service. We do not warrant that the Platform will be free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 33kd's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

33kd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy published on the Platform.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Identification of the account holder as a minor.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a verified third party acting on their behalf.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be designated as dormant. Dormant account policies, including any applicable inactivity fees, are published separately on the Platform.

Where an account is closed by 33kd due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance (including bonus funds) may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via a previously used and verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding withdrawal verification.

In the event of a dispute between you and 33kd, you agree to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. We commit to acknowledging all formal written complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of your initial complaint, the matter may be escalated through our internal appeals process, the details of which will be communicated to you at that stage.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction agreed upon at the time of account registration, and that you will not pursue class-action proceedings against 33kd in any jurisdiction.

33kd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
